Get sequences from oligonucleotide probe ids
Hi,
I have a bunch of oligonucleotide probe ids (please click on link). Now I need to retrieve the sequences for these probes to the new honey bee gene-set. Could you please suggest a method I could use to retrieve the sequences for these probes because I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Sequences of the oligo probes are available in this file from GEO.
The second column is an NCBI nucleotide ID, you can search the nucleotide database for the sequence. For example: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gquery/?term=XM_001122142.1
