Segmentation fault error with hera

Hi,

I get an error while running hera, any thoughts?

/var/spool/pbs/mom_priv/jobs/783682.pbs02.SC: line 11: 117890 Segmentation fault      /hera/build/hera quant -i /Controls_CG_samples/hera/index /Controls_CG_samples/cms_R1_001.fastq /Controls_CG_samples/cms_R2_001.fastq -o /Controls_CG_samples/hera_output -t 16

I am running by hera configure 2.0, on a pbs cluster system with x86_64-redhat-linux.

Include information about your OS, where and how you obtained hera and the version you are running. That generally helps developers debug issues.

Thanks Rini for the bug report. Please pull the new code from GitHub and rebuild hera. We identified the bug and have fixed it. Please let us know if it resolves the problem!
