Hi, I'm very new to bioinformatic. I have 2 protein (that already have PDB file) and I want to fusion them with a rigid linker (also have 3d pdb structure) and want to see the final structure of it. So what is the best strategy to obtain a high accurate structure prediction of it? Thank you all very much!
