requesting help to install\compile CHARMM in windows

I downloaded CHARMM as it is described but did not understand the installing instructions explained in a file came with CHARMM. I appreciate if anyone can explain in a simpler way how to install CHARMM in windows 10.

I don't think CHARMM is meant for use on Windows (unless you are using a virtual machine with unix or cygwin).

Note: I see that you are perhaps using bash shell included with Win 10. You are going to have to try following the directions as best as you can in that case. Win 10 is not on the list of officially supported machine types.

Windows is not listed under Supported Machine Platforms. It seems it is possible to compile under cygwin (see here and here), but it won't be simple.
