Hi,

I am looking for a way to obtain pathway/process specific gene lists as stated in the BioGRID 2015 update (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4383984/). Specifically the UPS (Ubiquitin Proteasome System). There is a mention of a curation which led to assignment of 1251 human genes to the UPS. I have never used BIOGRID before, so any help in this direction would be great!
