Hi there,

I'm looking for a program that can compare (annotated) genomes and visualize if one or more genes of interest are present in some genomes but absent in others. I've tried Mauve. It aligns my genomes (in Genbank and FASTA format) but does not provide a very clear view of the genes' presence/absence.

I appreciate any recommendation.
