Pathway analysis: GeneMania with multiple input gene
Dear Bisostars, Hi I'm trying to check for network gene-gene interaction of a list of genes, using a Python script (http://genemania.org/link?o=3702&g=PHYB|ELF3|COP1|SPA1|FUS9) which is provided in the manual. Surprisingly, it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to use it, or any similar API easy to use? I have recently started learning Python on my own so I'm still struggling to use Python basics. Thanks

The multiple genes queries given as example on the GeneMANIA site return a blank page while the single gene queries do work. I suggest you contact the site maintainers.
