I'm using sva to remove batch effects on microarray data. I don't want to do differential gene expression as in the sva vignette but need to remove the batch effect from my expression matrix and somehow extract these batch corrected data. My question is, what variable contains my corrected data???? To be clear, I'm only interested in obtaining the surrogate variable corrected expression matrix. Thanks!!
