I was given 30 gene names that started with "Solyc", and said to look for these genes from the dataset of the expression levels that I have. But this data set was taken using Affymetrix DNA microarray system, so Solyc ID is not listed. I've searched about Sol Genomics Network, But I don't have any confirmations at all. Is there a way to convert directly form Solyc ID to Affymetrix probe ID? If there's a web tool, it would be helpful. However, I'm possible to cope with work that use R.
