OncodriveFML --- ERROR:root:Impossible to download.

When I run the sample command line with sample data for OncodriveFML, I got the error message: (OncodriveFML) kong@cloud-hpc-06-kong:~/Haiying/Projects/PrimaryMelanoma/temp> oncodrivefml -i paad.txt.gz -e cds.regions.gz --type coding --sequencing wes -c oncodrivefml.conf ERROR:root:Impossible to download. [Errno 110] Connection timed out

What does this error message mean?

I think when I first time run OncodriveFML, the software tries to download CADD files from: http://cadd.gs.washington.edu/download Probably it was unable to connected or downloaded.

Then I am trying to download the files manually before I run the software. There quite a few files. Which ones should I download?
