Error: MPHF is not injective in Minia

We're trying to use Minia in assembling the tiger shrimp genome sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq platform. We had encountered an error on running the assembly with our dataset saying "MPHF is not injective". What would be the problem with this error?

This was resolved through an email discussion. A possible fix is to use the "-max-memory 5000", but I believe that the problem is being fixed in by using more recent version of Minia (https://github.com/GATB/minia).
