ExAC pLI question for AKAP9
Hi,
Looking at ExAC I see that the pLI is 0 for AKAP9 and yet the observed number of LoF variants (38) is much less than expected (140). Can someone explain this? Why would the pLI be 0 in this case? There's other genes likes this as well. Thanks. - Robert
