Whole Exomes Sequence Pipeline

Hi everyone! I have downloaded some Whole Exome sequencing (WES) samples of DOG mammary cancer. I know that I have to use -L (targets) provided by the company, but these WES is from online available data http://trace.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/DRASearch/experiment?acc=SRX288294. Can I also download it online? Or can I use any other.bed file UCSC browser. Please guide me. Thanks in advance!
