Protein Bind Microarray data analysis
I have some public PBM (Protein Bind Microarray) data sets, want to find the motifs by creating PWM (Position Weight Matrix). I found this script "seed_and_wobbel.pl" cited in most of the papers. I'm having trouble in executing with input files. Is these any manual or paper to understand how to execute the script?
