Hello, everybody! Sorry for my English I did pairwise IBD for 3 populations but now i need to distribute IBD segments by the length and make Gaussian distribution plot.

I have ch*gt.ibd file for each chromosome and it looks like this:

132w 1 112ty 1 1 6612237 7395601 3.08

16f 2 119g 2 1 3982110 4444293 3.13

132w-individual id

1-chr phase
112ty- second individual id
6612237 7395601-position of ibd segment

3.08 -weigth

So, what kind of command or strategy i could use to take IBD segments with needed length? I need to divide by this gradation: 0,1-1,0 См 1,0-5,0 См 5,0-10,0 См >10,0 См
