Mapping TCGA IDs

I have a file with TCGA IDs in this format:

unc.edu.04c1f866-a5a7-446d-be9b-8fae06a7e03e

Would anyone let me know of a file or a way to map those IDs to the IDs like the one below?

TCGA-IB-7897-01A-21W-2219-08

Have you tried the GDC Portal or GDC Legacy Archive (choose file search)?

Yes, I was looking into GDC portal, and I saw that each case file has both IDs if you keep clicking, but I haven't found a file with all cases having both IDs. Do you know if such a file exists?
