pfam entry description
My question is in two parts: A. What is families, clans and proteomes in pfam database (http://pfam.xfam.org/browse) ? B. If we explore pfam for its families (http://pfam.xfam.org/family/browse?browse=new), under header "type" we see Familiy, Domain..etc for different entries, I am confused with this further categorisation ? We already looking at Pfam families so what does "Family" in type means then ?
