I was searching for a database which include the coordinates of annotated genes with frame-shift mutations, on searching in various paper I found a linkftp(://ftp.tigr.org/pub/data/Microbial_Genomes/ ) to TIGR database which includes the annotated gene with frame shift mutations , but the data is not present at current time, please suggest me some link or database access if you have them.
