How to properly export cytoscape GO network as pdf without cut-offs
Hi great biostars,
Thanks to you all for the good works. Pls, how can I export my network diagram as pdf properly without it getting cutoff. I observed that after exporting my diagram e.g enriched GO terms as pdf, I can't see the whole diagram as it somehow gets chopped off. How to avoid this? Thanks.

Greetings, Well, it's hard to know that the problem might be without seeing your network. In general, however, the PDF export from Cytoscape should show exactly what's on the screen. You may need to zoom out a little if your nodes are really close to the edge, but other than that, there should be no clipping.
