problem with intersectBed

Dear all i have problem with intersectBed . my script is : intersectBed -v -wa -a '/media/mra/14067F666B6A1119/W1-raw.pileup' -b '/home/mra/widows.bed' > khoroji

error is :

ERROR: file /media/mra/14067F666B6A1119/W1-raw.pileup has non positional records, which are only valid for the groupBy tool.

what is wrong with my script or data ?
