clustering peptide sequences
Hi,
Thanks for reading my post.
What would you suggest to use for clustering a large set of peptide sequences with given intensities? Based on my quick search, UCLUST, CD-HIT, AAindex, GibbsCluster do a descent job for sequence alignment . I am interested in reducing the size of the dataset by using the centroids of these sequence clusters.
