Hello,
I am trying to use IGV for the first time and I can't load my gff3 because I got these errors : "Could not create index file" "Fasta file has uneven line lengths in contig null"
The permissions are 777, I don't understand. Can you help ?

Probably a problem of how you are loading it. You should have to add a track line. Look at the link.
