I am facing trouble while installing the BALL library for running LigsiteCSC (http://projects.biotec.tu-dresden.de/pocket/download.html). When i run ./configure i got error:

checking for QT headers... (not found!) No QT header files found! Please specify the path to the QT headers by passing the option --with-qt-incl=DIR to configure. You may also set the environment variable QTDIR to the correct path - configure will recognize this The QT package can be found under the following URL: http://www.troll.no/qt

After seeing this error i tried to instal Qt library but i got error while installing:

@bioinfo-T1500:~$ ./qt-opensource-linux-x64-5.7.0.run This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "".

Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, xcb.

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem
