How would the border of the data be shown using Java TreeView?
Dear all,
I want to export some gene expression heatmaps using Java TreeView, and I want the borders of each expression data to be shown. I don't know how to achieve it, really need your help..
Also, could you tell me how to zoom in the gene tree with this software? The default view seems too dense for a very small node to choose.
