detection recombination between homologs
Hi, I have a collection of homologs of a gene that are xenolog (not ortholog). I found a recombination among them by Genetic Algorithm Recombination Detection (GARD) approach implemented in DataMonkey!!!! Is it likely that recombination occurs between xenologs?? Kind regards, Elahe
