QIEA and CRO algorithms for assembly of sequencing reads produced by NGS technology

Hi all,

I just read about algorithms such as Bee, Chemical Reaction Optimization (CRO) and Quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm (QIEA) to solve fragment assembly problem (FAP). I was wondering if these algorithms were embedded in any software? Also, could someone please tell me if they worked for assembly of sequencing reads generated by NGS technology? Sorry, if you found the question is basic, but it is kind of challenge for me (a biologist).
