CodonShuffle and DiCodonShuffle tools

Hello,

I'm looking for the DiCodonShuffle and CodonShuffle tools made in the Burge lab in 2003 and mentioned here http://genes.mit.edu/burgelab/software.html but I cannot access the ftp site (ftp://hollywood.mit.edu).

Does anyone have the source code for these tools or knows of another way to get them?

Best option would be to contact Dr. Burge at the email address on his software page and ask.
