Does all assemble genome stats available on NCBI are at haploid level ?

I am just wondering about genome stats

A genome has N number of genes; Does it mean 2 x N if diploid ? Genome size is 3GB; Does it mean in real it has 2 x 3GB if diploid?

Should we report a new genome stats in same diploid matter ?

genome gene stats assembly

I've only ever seen haploid versions of genomes posted to NCBI. Note that genes numbers don't change since there's an implied 2x copy number. Report genome sizes as haploid for the sake of consistency.
