how to understand the biological function of several proteins together
I have been trying to find a way to get to know whether few proteins are linked together or not. Lets say I have 4 proteins A, B, C and D
I was thinking to perform sequence alignment and check for conserved region. Afterwards, I perform homology modeling
I would appreciate if you could give me your opinion
