I only get three bootstrap values to my phylogenetic tree
Hi,
I used Mega7 to make a phylogenetic tree, I made a maximum likelihood and a neighbour joining tree, I tested for approx. 100 bootstraps, and I only get three bootstrap values on my tree. I compared six species. Why do I not get values for all the branches?

What's the topology of your tree ?
I really asked this question for 3 days and not found any answer , but my question was How to compute bootstrap value in Mega 7 ... i can't find any option to do that but just construction by traditional methods .
