I am running Maker with augustus as gene predictor and noticed that at err output augustus 'command' is set up not to predict UTRs like here:

Is it usual for Maker to predict UTRs from evidences by itself without augustus 'hints'?

I changed parameters in species_parameters.cfg to 'UTR on' as well.
