measuring the area
hello every one,
I took some pictures by Leica microscope ( Fluorescence ,FITC and TRIC) I have to measure the area of my cells. I know the image J software, is there any other software to do it automatically? my pictures are too much more than 300 pictures that doing by image j is take too long...

I'm no expert with image analysis, but I don't think you'll find a better tool than ImageJ (or FIJI).
Have a look for some existing Macros you could use, for example: http://dev.mri.cnrs.fr/projects/imagej-macros/wiki/Measure_Cell_Surfaces
