Does anyone know where to find a list, or recent tutorial, that has IDBA-UD assembly parameters? I'm using Bio Linux, if that helps. I don't know if the parameters and commands for IDBA-UD assembly differs between workstations. I did find the PDF "Metagenomics Workshop Documentation: Release 1" but it seems a bit vague for a beginner... (for example, what do -l mtc=1 and -b y mean?). Any help will be appreciated.
