convert Phytozome ID to entrez ID
Dear everyone; while I want to convert the phytozome gene ID to NCBI entrez ID use the DAVID,it's have no result and disappointed me a lot.so how to convert the phytozoem gene ID to entrez ID.

The Phytozome ID like this :
scaffold_1 phytozomev10 transcript_id "Seita.1G000100.1.v2.2"; gene_id "Seita.1G000100.v2.2"; gene_name "Seita.1G000100";
scaffold_1 phytozomev10 exon transcript_id "Seita.1G000100.1.v2.2"; gene_id "Seita.1G000100.v2.2"; gene_name "Seita.1G000100";

Have you looked at BioMart under Tools section on the phytozome site?
