L1000 Knock-out dataset
I'm struggling to get the LINCS expression data for gene knock-outs and it appears to be a surprisingly hard challenge: the only downloadable dataset (GSE70138) does not provide any metadata so I can't find what columns correspond to gene knockouts. Could anyone explain to me how to get these data? I just want to get the estimated expression levels for mRNAs in cells with different genes knocked out
