Protein secondary structures
Hello Masters.., I have a question for you all. How can i calculate the frequency of a Particular Amino acid appears as N-Cap and C-Cap of Alpha helix in Matlab..? I have 1000 of Proteins and I have to report that this particular A.Acid appears as N and C cap this much time in 1000 proteins.. for example GLY=243 as N cap, 589 as C cap.. will you please help me to get over this problem..?
