human geneome alignment RNAseq
I have an RNA-seq data and am trying to calculate how many read align to rRNA where can I find the file of rRNA gene to align any other pointer?

This teaches you how to create a gene annotation file with rRNA in it.
In short, in UCSC table browser, choose "All Tables" under "group" and choose "rmsk" under "table".
