Does TCGA cancer institute have circRNA NGS sequencing data?
I am new to cancer research.
If they have circRNA NGS sequencing data , lncRNA and mRNA(do they have mRNA sequencing data? they should have right?), miRNA (i need all of them), do they come from the same patient sample and its non-disease sample from the same patient which also have four types of RNA being sequenced?
