BRCA1, BRCA2 mutation detection in Galaxy

Hi-all ! I am beginner galaxy in Korea. I met galaxy team in Galaxy workshop tour, the KOGO conference in Korea. I was surprised their passion and effort. And thanks! I am concerned in the mutation of BRCA1, BRCA2. So, I want to analyze the Bam file from themofisher Ion torrent S5. Is it possible in galaxy? How long does it take? and then, do I need any special server for the job?
