Qiime mapping file from genebank data
Hi all, I'm relatively new to bioinformatics, and I think that I might be missing something. I've downloaded a 16S dataset from a project in genebank. it's already demultiplexed, and I don't have a mapping file. Does data on genebank SRA has mapping files? Or should I make it myself? There are no barcodes. thanks!
