How to add a legend to the heatmap?
Hi, First of all, thank you for CNVkit. It is really professionally designed from a software engineering perspective, and you don't get that a lot in bioinformatics.
I want to add a legend to the CNVkit heatmap. How can I do that?

This is an open issue: https://github.com/etal/cnvkit/issues/36
For Figure 5 in this paper, the author manually added the legend to the PDF plot using Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator -- you can use this example as a guideline if you decide to do the same.
