SNPRelate data file
How does one generate a SNPRelate data file? I am try to plot PCA output with software that takes in SNPRelate and EIGENSTRAAT files, but can't seem to get it to take in a gds file, which is what I assume the documentation means when it says a SNPRelate data file.
