Currently we are looking for: DATA SCIENTIST

Location: Kraków

Must have:

• Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or bioinformatics
• Fluent in Python or R
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical models for prediction and inference, and data mining methods

Nice to have:

• Life Science knowledge and/or experience with projects in that domain
• Hands-on experience in data science projects, machine/statistical learning, data mining, or big data solutions.
• Text mining tools and algorithms
• Cloud computing (Amazon Web Services or equivalent)

Tasks:

• Designing and applying data analysis and machine learning tools to Life Science challenges.
• Working closely with US and EU based customers to improve their cutting edge R&D solutions.
• Example projects include implementation of new algorithms in Python/R/Julia for experimental datasets or building statistical models for inference and prediction.
