DNA-seq Breast Cancer dataset
Hello!
I am trying to develop a pipeline for my breast cancer data (I have DNA-seq data from normal/tumor samples) and I would like to test it with another breast cancer dataset that also include the information of the validate variants, in order to see how many FP/FN/TN/TP I will find.
Is such dataset available?
