ballgown for diff treatments+replicates+diff time points
Hi,
I am a beginner in R and would like some help regarding Ballgown. I have generated a gene counts table using Stringtie. However, I am not sure how to carry out Ballgown using a no. of variables.
Experimental design: 4 treatments (including 1 control) x 6 replicates x 3 diff time points = 72 samples
Any help with R code for Ballgown would be highly appreciated.
I am after a table of DEGs for diff treatments across diff time points.
