I need recources with which I can characterize plant genome?
Hello,
I have sequenced a plant genome using illumina next generation sequencing. The genome of the plant has not been characterized and I would like to know what are the sources through which I can characterize it i.e bioinformatic pipelines. Kindly help I will be very much thankful to you.
