ChIP Real Time PCR analysis

I have done a ChIP-PCR (ChIP with H3K4me3 antibody).  I just want to ask how to analyse ChIP PCR data. I am putting my positive and negative control Ct values. Positive Control IP Ct= 27.746 and Input Ct=23.956, Negative Control IP Ct=30.4935 and Input Ct=26.082. I am calculating ddCt using dCt(negative control) =IPCt- InputCt which comes=30.4935-26.082=4.4115

dCt(positive control) =IPCt- InputCt which comes= 27.746-23.956=3.79

ddCt= dCt(negative control)-dCt(positive control)= 4.415-3.79=0.3862

And putting ddCt value on the power of 2 it comes 1.3

The fold enrichment is 1.3? Am I correct? And how to draw the graph?
