how to Plot this figure with RNA-seq data using R?

Hi:

I have looked at a figure in one cell paper.

The link for the paper is http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S009286741631162X

I'd like to plot for Figure 3. A.

However I'm not familiar with R.

Can you give me some advice on this or some codes for me to use.

This is a volcano plot. Now you have a name for it you should be able to find plenty of code around, like this.

Dear Liquan, Hi

You can check this Tutorial and then review the "Similar posts" on the right side of the screen.

If you are using some RNA-seq data, you can use Trinity pipeline for volcano plot construction, too.
