Imputation 1000 Genome and plink file
Hi,
I'm a new entry in "imputation's world". I downloaded impute2 and I read the examples. I've got a plink file format dataset (*.bim, *.bed, *.map, *.ped) and I want to use 1000 Genome dataset as reference panel.
How to use plink files format in impute2 ?
