Specify samples in cummeRbund

I performed "All Vs All" cuffdiff analysis with over 20 RNA-Seq samples. After good long time, cuffdiff got over and so did cummeRbund database generation.
I was interested in analysis of specific subsets of samples within this 20 sample main set. However, for commands such as csScatterMatrix or csDendro, I am not able to specify list of samples. Am I right to understand that such analysis is not possible in cummeRbund? And performing multiple cuffdiff analyses with multiple subsets is my only option?
